If you've never been to Badminton before, or you're a regular eventgoer but want some help building your experience then get in touch.

Francis Hotel Bath is located in the heart of the historic city of Bath and has everything you need for a stay away!

The Hotel features a bar/lounge which serves light snacks all day. There is also a restaurant, the Boho Marché, which has a Moroccan theme. Breakfast includes a range of international and traditional English classic options.

 

The Classic Rooms are the perfect home away from home. Each bed has Egyptian cotton linen, a flat screen TV, air conditioning, minibar and in-room iron. The en-suite bathroom boasts eco-friendly toiletries from 100 Acres.

Tickets & Hospitality

There are a number of different ticket and hospitality options during Badminton week.

From standard general admission and grandstand seats to see the action on Dressage and Show Jumping days, with the latter two options allowing guests to get up closer and enjoy hospitality on the day.

Event Transfers

Our Badminton Horse Trials experiences include return transfers from your hotel, allowing you to sit back and relax.

Our coaches aim to leave at approx 09:00 Thursday/Friday/Sunday and 07:30 on Saturday to avoid the queues! Breakfast can either be had at the hotel or enjoy our breakfast preview on the Saturday morning. We depart the event approximately 60 mins after the conclusion of the final horse (post course walk on Friday). 

Private transfers can be requested allowing you to choose what time you depart  each day.

Book your Badminton experience with us and you'll receive a complimentary invite to our exclusive Course walk and drinks with Ambassador William Fox Pitt!

Who better to take you through the course than a 2 time Former Champion and World Number one, with no less than 64 International wins and 4 Olympics to his name!

William and his wife Alice, will welcome us to their Lakeside Pavilion for a drink on the Friday eveningn before taking us round the key fences on the course and share his thoughts on some of the key jumps at this year's event.

About the Badminton Horse Trials

Badminton Horse Trials is one of the toughest and most exciting equestrian events – the pinnacle of the worldwide horse trials calendar.  

International horse trials are given a star grading according to their level of difficulty.  Badminton is a 5* event, the highest grade and one of only 6 such events in the world.  Badminton is the oldest (1949) and is generally regarded as the most prestigious event.

 

Horses and riders complete the competition over 4 days, each day consisting of a different discipline, Dressage on Thursday and Friday, Cross Country on Saturday before the finale Show Jumping on Sunday.
