Tickets & Hospitality
There are a number of different ticket and hospitality options during Burghley week.
From standard general admission and grandstand seats to see the action on Dressage and Show Jumping days, with membership allowing guests to get up closer and enjoy hospitality on the day.

Event Transfers
Our Burghley Horse Trials experiences include return transfers from your hotel, allowing you to sit back and relax.
Our coaches aim to leave at approx 09:00 Thursday/Friday/Sunday and 08:30 on Saturday to avoid the queues! We depart the event approximately 60 mins after the conclusion of the final horse (post course walk on Friday).
Private transfers can be requested allowing you to choose what time you depart each day.

Last year, Irish Olympic rider Padraig McCarthy showed us the course and gave us an excellent insight into the key fences.
Padraig has represented Ireland, he competed at the 2015 European Eventing Championships at Blair Castle where he placed 9th in team eventing. He was selected to compete at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro on two horses.

Three Day Eventing is a comprehensive test of the all round ability of the horse and rider, comprising Dressage, Cross Country and Jumping.
With over 173,000 visitors over the four days, more than 600 carefully selected exhibitors, an average of 80 of the world’s top competitors and a prize fund of over £300,000, 21st century Burghley Horse Trials is a far cry from the inaugural event, which took place 60 years ago with just 19 competitors and in front of a mere 12,000 people.
